The D.I.D KM500R chain tool is a 3-in-1 tool with the ability to cut your chain, press-fit the connecting link side plate, as well as rivet the pin heads. 

The KM500R's unique design does not allow over-riveting and is a perfect fit for D.I.D ZJ (rivet) and FJ (press-fit-clip) styled connecting links. Replacement pins are available individually.

Simple and Compact

To be clear I haven’t used it yet but I can see how it works and it’s great. Small enough to tuck away in the tool roll just in case. It makes that fancy German chain tool I blew money on look silly. Nice piece of kit.

Half way there

It takes a chain apart easily. I like it. Soon as I have a new nut and washer I will complete the task. Already had to put tho old chain back together so I feel it will probably work.

Parys arrived fast and as expected.

The parts arrived fast and as ordered. I was able to install them very easily in place of the stock parts. Now just need to road test it and put a few thousand miles on it.

Amazing!!!

This tool works great, keep in mind you might need a large wrench to hold the base of the tool. Absolutely foolproof, even breaking the old chain was easy.
