First of all, their customer service is super fast and impeccable. I ordered the wrong chain by mistake on a Friday and two emails later they had the chain I needed on its way to me by Monday. The chain is beautiful. Been riding with it for a week now and it has performed as expected. This is one of those cases where you are getting what you pay for.
